-A Senior Project manager s required; PMP or equivalent<br />
-Strong knowledge of PMBOK and execution of PMBOK concepts in application conversion projects<br />
-Demonstrated experience as a PM in a large corporate environment working on mission critical projects<br />
-Must have payroll conversion experience, preferably converting payroll from an in-house system to an online service. Example projects and references are required.<br />
-Must have excellent stakeholder management skills.<br />
-Must have excellent communications skills to executive level.<br />
